“I had a great experience with Dr. JIHANE and will return. My teeth have a significant alignment issue, and one tooth will require surgery. I purchased aligners, and she offers different types. She also provided the best tooth whitening treatment I’ve ever had. Dr. JIHANE is very experienced, and I’m looking forward to coming back to fit my aligners and explore other services she offers. “About 3 days i had an unpleasant experience words and promise were given by The doctor to do the necessary to meet my satisfaction weren’t met. Unfortunately my expectations were disappointed i had explained to the receptionist that i’m not truly happy with my teeth whitening results “and the treatment i experienced” yet i got no contact or follow up from doctor sadly. I had one session of 40 mns for which i paid a ridiculous 300USD (3000MAD ). Apart from that i wouldn’t deny that i had excellent job treating my cavities and refilling my teeth with her that deserves a thank you !”

“At first everything was good , I did my Invisalign with her and I paid half the price at first 20000MAD and then after a bit before even she put the Invisalign she asked me to give her the other half . After a long discussion with her secretary I paid the whole price which was 40000MAD. To take a an appointment was a bit difficult since I work a lot and I don’t have a fixed work schedule. But when I go I always have to wait for an hour or more, my theeth started to have cavity . So I started to treat it there but I noticed she was not the one doing it . She gave me to the trainees there. Which destroyed my teeth but I didn’t say anything . To fill a tooth is 1000MAD. Which is too much !! Going back to the Invisalign, my gap didn’t close after a year but she told me she’s gonna order other ones and it’s free because I still have one more year guarantee, I waited for 2 and half month for the Invisalign to come . After that I went to her and she gave me the new set of the Invisalign, to my surprise!! The secretary told me I need to add 1000MAD FOR DELIVERY COST !!! I was shocked and angry . The doctor doesn’t give you time even to explain things to the patients which they pay a lot of money . It’s unprofessional and I paid just to take my Invisalign I feel used .
