Islane GH27 Apartment complex

“The owner of this place is just in it for the money, he doesn't care if it's a good place as long as his money is coming in. He gets upset if a resident gets a hold of his number and once he finds out who you are you can forget ever getting ahold of him again. I talked with him one time about a resident that would leave a puppy out on the balcony and the dog barked constantly and I do mean constantly, even with the shield closed I could still hear him while trying to sleep. His only suggestion was call the police (Mr.... how about you send notice to that lady to either silence the dog, bring it in her home or move? Instead of sitting on your but just collecting your money??!!) then I heard later he actually fired a security guard for giving his number out to a resident 🤦🏻‍♀️ the only reason I gave it two stars is because of the security guards there, they get paid so little have to put up with I'll mannered kids that parents let run all over the place just so their not in their hair being loud rude and shutting off the water on people, but then the guards get reprimanded for correcting the kids 🙄 they work 6 days a week long hours with no appreciation and are still kind to the residents. Though the place is beautiful and area itself is nice, it's not worth the injustice I see and having to deal with kids shutting off my water whenever they feel bored out running around my door screaming and playing and guards get in trouble for trying to help me keep my peace”
