“Terrible customer service and unacceptable behavior. I called from a US number to ask about a reservation for my family (myself, my wife, and her little sister). The receptionist answered in French, but the moment I switched to Arabic, they hung up on me. I tried calling back four times, and they intentionally ignored my calls. It is incredibly disappointing to be treated this way as a Moroccan. Do you treat all Moroccan citizens worse than foreign visitors?"”

“Very typical Moroccan / swiss style hotel very clean, great staff and location....£21 for the night including breakfast. Only approx 5 minutes walk to beach. Room on smaller side but still big enough for a solo traveller or couple. Fantastic roof terrace with views of Agadir and a nice place to watch the sunset..... Breakfast is served on it... Don't leave your chocolate croissant in view as Mr Seagull will have it in seconds from your hand or table 😂 Be careful if parking outside.... DO NOT PARK anywhere near the the 2 signs that are for the bank cash van parking or you'll get towed away even if not parked in them..... Not the worst thing to happen but it'll cost you £32 to get car back again.... From impound yard at the bus station. So all in all to sum it up... Car towed away that was parked LEGALLY, seagull nicked my croissant... I had an excellent stay and great staff too. I'll definitely use it again.”

“I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this hotel. They confirmed my booking but, upon arrival, told me there was no room available. Instead of honoring my reservation, they tried to pressure me into paying extra for a different room. The hotel itself was in very poor condition, with an unpleasant odor throughout the building. The staff promised me a room for the following day, but when I returned, they again refused to accommodate me and still did not provide a refund. This behavior feels manipulative and dishonest. They effectively took my money without delivering the service I paid for. I strongly advise others to avoid this place and book elsewhere to save themselves from the same experience.”

“The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff are attentive. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are very outdated and not up to modern standards. The rooms are extremely noisy, and the whole hotel is quite loud. The Wi-Fi hardly works at all, and the breakfast is also a downside as there is absolutely no variety.”

“loved this hotel! the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and makes an effort to get to know all of his guests and speaks all sorts of languages. the housekeepers are great at their jobs and are more than willing to replenish towels and supplies whenever you need. the breakfast is included in the price and is both simple and filling, and can be brought to the room at your request. the clientele are generally families and respectful people as well. the location is perfect too— everything is well within walking distance. the beach is less than 10 minutes away in one direction and the kasbah and cable cars are 10 minutes away in the other. the area is full of restaurants, cafés, and shops. at night, there’s barely any noise aside from some music from a cabaret across the street, despite being in the middle of the tourist area. i’d love to stay here again if i come back to agadir!”
