“Mr. Driss and his colleagues gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with AC. The hotel’s location was excellent, just a five-minute walk from Souk El Had, as well as numerous restaurants and convenience stores, which made everything very convenient. There is also a pleasant café downstairs where you can relax and watch football. Overall, the hotel offers outstanding value for money, and we had a great stay.”

“I recently stayed at Hotel Riad Salam Agadir, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing on multiple levels. First, the reception service was extremely concerning. The employee at the front desk appeared to charge different prices depending on the customer, which felt dishonest and unprofessional. This kind of behavior creates a lack of trust from the very beginning of the stay. The hotel itself is also very noisy. It’s located near a busy street, and the constant traffic noise makes it difficult to relax, especially at night. On top of that, there seems to be ongoing construction in or around the building, adding even more disturbance throughout the day. Mornings are particularly unpleasant because the cleaning staff are very loud, talking loudly in the hallways and making excessive noise early in the day, which makes it almost impossible to rest. In terms of room quality, there were several issues. The sink was not functioning properly, which is a basic necessity that should not be overlooked. The towels were in very poor condition old, rough, and with a strong chemical smell. The same harsh smell was present in the bedsheets, and by the next morning, even my clothes had absorbed it, which was very uncomfortable. Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, or comfort. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.”

“It's a bit far out of town and we struggled to get to the front via public transport/taxi. But right next to the Sunday market which is good. The room was well equipped, and we had breakfast next door. Staff were kind, could only get the lift up not down.”

“Nice little street cafe just down from door 1 of souk el had. Nice place to relax and chill before or after a shop. Fast WiFi and good service. Also fair prices and nice place to watch the hectic city life go by. Also just round the corner from a local taxi rank.”
