“One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Spacious rooms, we had on the 4th floor. Big green territory. Very tasty food. And the most important- staff. I am grateful to reception managers Miss Malak and Miss Yasmine - they made all the best to satisfy our needs, for instance, my mother had a birthday, so they did their best to organise the holiday, solved our questions to change the room. Amazing housekeeping, all in all people in Morocco are kind and friendly. Thank you so much!”

“Hotel ands rooms are lovely. Pool is very nice. Service is good mostly, not really classed as 5 * in my opinion. Cocktails are undrinkable , very sweet sickly mixers. Beer and Prosecco are ok. Food is repetitive in buffets. Cheap artificial flavour ice cream. Entertainment was ok but could have more live singing early on in night.”

“Spent a week at this RIU hotel. Was allocated a nice room with sea view on the 2nd floor. Dining follows the common practice of breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant and lunch in another near the pool. I was well looked after by Mohammad in the first and Hansas in the second both kept my glass full if required. There was a good variety of food and I especially enjoyed the evening carvery. I didn't use the alternative evening restaurants so cannot comment on them. One thing in both restaurants I personally found the food areas a little dark and found reading the menu cards above the food which are black print on grey card hard to read in some places, but just my personal take on that. There is just the one pool and as usual 90% of the sunbeds are claimed with towels by 8am and again many lie empty unused for most of the day. I never had to wait at the pool bar and in the outside seated area staff frequently patrolled to take your drink order. All the staff I met were polite and welcoming the only exception to this was a receptionist who when I asked if he could change a local currency note for coins claimed to have none available, I did think this in a four star hotel strange. Overall a pleasant AI Stay. The hotel overlooks a nice promenade and the wide beach which is a pleasant way to go for an easy walk.”

“We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel.|The hotel was really nice . The room was comfortable. The food choice was excellent.|The staff were friendly and polite and very helpful. The entertainment team were brilliant and put on some good shows. We had many laughs with Mustaffa and Badr at the pool bar. Nora our breakfast and lunch time waitress was very nice and looked after us very well. We are definitely considering going back next year.”

“This hotel is fantastic and the staff are so efficient and friendly too. They all seem very happy. Just one little tip is the could improve their morning coffee but that's about it. The food is so good and no queueing at all for bars or food. I would highly recommend this hotel, rooms are spacious, staff exemplary, no queueing and food the best you will see, wine pretty good and other drinks especially in the evening are excellent 👌 you can't go wrong .”

“We have not long returned from a week at this gorgeous hotel. The hotel is huge & beautifully decorated. The lobby, restaurants & entertainment area are a great size. The shop is handy & has snacks, clothes, toiletries etc there are also a few shops across the road.||Our room was perfect, we had a double pool view room with a fantastic terrace right next to the lunch restaurant & pool/pool bar so was great for putting towels out in the morning. The beds were really comfy even the child bed for my daughter, she loved! I found the pillows a little hard but that would be my only criticism. ||The pools are huge & I loved the padded sunbeds with the pillows they were so comfy. I was worried my daughter might get bored as she’s 11 & a bit big for kids club, but she loved it! She took part in darts, aqua run & water polo every day & spent all day in the pool. The animation staff were brilliant with my daughter & great at keeping everyone entertained through the day & night! We enjoyed the the quiz at night & the shows. Also watching the gorgeous sunsets on the terrace off the lobby with a drink & nuts & olives! ||We tried the 3 à la carte restaurants, the steakhouse being our favourite! The buffet restaurants at lunch & dinner had plenty of choices & tasty food, especially the deserts! If you did get bored of them there are a few restaurants close by.||Overall we loved this hotel for a chilled out, all inclusive week in the sun & would definitely return!”
