“I had the worst experience with this store. I was gifted a product and used it once, didn’t like it then I wanted to return it ( I it happened before with many other stores with no issue). As a consumer I had the right to return a product during the 7 days after it’s purchase. I go to the store, I was greeted with the worst 2 people in the after sales service. The girl said according to the ‘procedure’ that she’s given to work with, I have only 2 days to return a product. I said it’s written clearly on the proof of purchase that I have 7 days. Then a man comes and says : ok let me see what I can do but did you use the product ? It was a juice extractor. I said of course I did that’s why I want to return it because I didn’t like how it works. He then he smirked and said: well you can’t return a product that’s been used ! He then said that I shouldn’t ‘not like it’ because I’m supposed to know how the product works before buying it and it’s obvious. And that’s not even the worst part. I brought my brother and he talked to a manager there then when they decided to finally return my money, the inspector said that the product is ‘BROKEN’ !! Nothing had fallen to the ground, I took very care of it during my FIRST use and they refused to continue saying that the after sales service doesn’t cover physical damage. Long story short, I was sold a broken product with no notice of use inside and was accused of breaking it after a very bad service. The worst experience I had in a similar store in Agadir. Never returning there again !”
