“Unfortunately my skin got ripped from the brow wax, and I asked many questions before they did hair yet unfortunately I still got outcome I didn’t want for hair - block colour no highlights or low lights it looks orange. Nails were good but strange they put extension on my big toes , lots of wasted money despite lovely staff :(”

“I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The lady who did my permanent nail polish was kind, but unfortunately, she was rushed by her supervisor to finish quickly for another client since it was close to closing time. Because of this, she accidentally caused injuries on all my fingers, which later became infected and required antibiotic treatment. On top of that, after just two days at the pool, the permanent polish started to peel off.”

“Very bad experience. This is my second disappointment with this salon. The first time, I just wanted to remove my permanent and they scratched all my nails. The second time, I did a botox treatment for my hair, and as soon as I went home and washed it, it got all frizzy as if nothing was done. The customer service was also far from professional 👎🏻”

The prices are little expensive but worth the professionalism and quality. She will definitely be going back.”
