“I have been for two massages here with my third one on Friday. Firstly it’s a no frills place but the hamam and massages are fantastic! My first and second massage was with a lady called Hannah. You can select a relaxing, medium or firm - deep tissue massage. It’s real good value for money with a one hour hamman and one hour deep tissue massage for £33.33 As a professional holistic therapist I can’t recommend this place highly enough! “Honestly, don’t understand the very high ratings. I booked through GetYourGuide. The transport was fine, but I had to wait about 20 minutes for the hammam. The ladies doing the hammam were nice, but the man at the front desk was unfriendly and constantly on his phone. I was also strongly pressured for a tip by the lady doing the massage. She aggressively asked for a tip over and over even before I could gather my belongings. I had planned to tip anyway, but the way it was asked for felt uncomfortable and embarrassing. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t return.”

He made the check-in process smooth and stress-free and set such a positive, calming tone for the entire visit. The flow of the massage was seamless and deeply relaxing, yet incredibly effective. I felt muscles release that I didn’t even realize were tight. Between Badr’s outstanding hospitality and Nawal’s extraordinary talent, the entire experience felt thoughtful, personalized, and genuinely special. This was not a rushed or routine visit it was professional, caring, and deeply healing from start to finish. If you are even considering booking here, do it immediately. “I don't know about you but I went for a massage with my friend. The therapist keep on chatting with each other. The door keeps on opening, a person keep getting in and out. I don't mind oil on my face but they should ask for consent first most especially if person has sensitive skin. No relaxing music. After the massage, they asked us to relax for 5min, turned the lights off and left. What was that for? Massage didn't even lasted for 1 hour. Not a good experience tbh. Very claustrophobic upstairs and noisy masseuse. Also, it seems they are waiting for a tip after but we didn't bother as its no a good service after all.”

“After searching around and wasn't sure where to go for a good hammam and massage, I found Itrane spa and after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. It was a great experience 💕 the ladies were very friendly and they took care of me and my friend very well! The scrubbing was perfect and the massage was very relaxing. We felt new and great after we finished. The owner also she was very friendly and sweet and she offered us a ride to our hotel once we were done. Thank you for the great experience and we will be back for sure next time we come to Agadir.”

“Not the prettiest hamman I’ve visited but it’s clean & wow the best experience ever, I went with my husband and we stayed together the whole time. The ladies who work here are amazing at what they do, we both agreed it was the best massages we have ever had. Would highly recommended a visit and a second if you can fit it in on your holiday.”
