“The staff here are indeed amazing. I came in with a nasty cut after falling outside my hotel. The reception staff was quite helpful with providing alcohol to clean the wound. All prices are displayed so you don't have to worry about extra charges. For my hammam, I had a wonderful experience with Grecia. The prices are fair and the service was exceptional. I was scrubbed clean and left for the airport feeling great.”

“I am a regular customer at this hammam and I am usually satisfied with the services. However, unfortunately, today’s experience was not up to the expected standard. First, there was no hot water, and the sauna was cold and not clean enough. Second, I was very dissatisfied with the attitude of the attendant. She was trying to control my time, deciding when I should wash my hair and when I should finish and leave, even though I had not finished yet. This behavior is unacceptable. I kindly ask the management to reconsider the cleanliness of the hammam, especially the sauna, and to improve the way some staff members treat customers, as this greatly affects customer comfort and satisfaction. This experience has left me very disappointed, and it will be the last time I use these services unless improvements are made. Thank you for your understanding”

“The Hammam was an amazing experience- lovely girl- thorough wash and scrub. Lovely. The massage was not very good - no depth - not very relaxing as she took TWO phone calls during it. Stopped after 30m. Turned the lights off and disappeared for ten minutes. Came back and said “how was it”. I challenged her but she said it was definitely one hour. I got dressed - then looked at my phone as I had been texting with a friend whilst waiting for massage. 40 minutes previously acc to phone text time. I showed her this and asked for a price reduction and to see her manager. She gave me another 30m massage - but I wish I hadn’t bothered. Very disappointing.”

“Great hamman experience. The lady who did the gomage was excellent, I really surrender to her wise hands and she made me feel very comfortable. Local style, very clean. Reasonable prices. Had also a massage, it was average. Bring your towel, plastic sandals and bikini (if you don't want to be naked). I was not told so needed to pay extra supplement for a "private" option to get the towel.”
