“The lead service staff was exceptionally helpful, translating the menu from French to English for me. The food I ordered, a chicken caesar salad, was delectable and evidently fresh. However, the other staff member who should have prepared my table prior to the food’s arrival showed no interest in serving me, while they were more than willing to assist other customers predominantly French and Moroccan customers. This lack of attention and rudeness was unacceptable and significantly impacted my overall experience. I reported this incident to the lead service staff and the manager, who acknowledged their oversight and expressed regret for the unsatisfactory service I received. While I understand the food takes time to prepare as it's fresh, but waiting over half an hour for a chicken caesar salad is unacceptable, as others who came after me got their food first. Regrettably, despite the exceptional quality of the food, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience for British customers. There are plenty of restaurants for you to choose from, just don't spend your hard earned money here at this restaurant.”
