One of the highlights for me was the pool deck—it’s spacious and perfect for relaxing under the sun, though the pool itself is quite cold, which can be refreshing on those 90-plus degree days. What truly made my stay special was the incredible staff. Every team member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, whether it was providing local tips or accommodating small requests. If you want to explore Marrakech, taxis run about $40–$60 each way depending on demand, and the hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the train station. A train ticket is roughly $5 for a 45-minute journey, making it an easy and affordable option for travel. Overall, the combination of clean facilities, great amenities, and outstanding staff made this hotel a memorable choice.”
