“Nothing fancy but ok hotel. It is a bit far from the city but nice and quiet. The hotel it self was not bad, our room was a bit old but clean and the beds were ok. The view was great, we could see the beautiful garden from our room. The swimming pool in the garden is a nice place to relax. Staff was very helpful and kind and there was free wifi. If you are looking for a cheap nice place you could do much worse than this hotel.”

“Great Hotel the view is amazing very relaxing and calm it's a great place to go for a vacation with your family the prices are great for what you get . The service is also top notch . From the people in the restaurant to the maids ,they were all very helpful, kind and gives off very positive energy Which is what complements the calming effect of the location I cannot finish this review without talking about the receptionist NEZHA , she was wonderful very helpful with her recommendations and explications this trip wouldn't be as great as it was without her . She was also very generous Great Hotel Overall I would love to go there again”

“recently had a very negative experience at the reception of Hotel Al Bassatine. My wife and I had made a booking in advance for a night getaway, but upon arrival, we were told by the lady at the reception that our marriage certificate was not sufficient for them to accept our booking. The lady insisted that our marriage certificate did not have a seal from the court, and therefore, she could not confirm our reservation. This was absolutely ridiculous to us, as our marriage certificate is legally binding and valid. We explained this to her, but she remained adamant and refused to accept our booking. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of professionalism and understanding shown by the receptionist. It is unacceptable to discriminate against guests based on their marriage certificate, especially when it is a legal and legitimate document. Overall, our experience at the reception of Hotel Al Bassatine was extremely disheartening, and we will not be returning to this establishment in the future. I would caution others to be wary of the discriminatory practices at this hotel and to ensure that their documentation meets the standards set by the staff before booking a stay.”

“Just on Average level. Hotel rooms are clean but facilities are too old and not all maintained. AC was working but not properlt in Summer august just to breath ! Good view and gardens. Breakfast is included but poor and not reflecting beni mellal Hospitality ! They can do Way Better !”

“Terrible hotel. The owner of this hotel hasn’t invested in his hotel in more than 20 years and that is visible to see with your own eyes. The hotel is not tidy, I found a used cigarette in the closet and a dead spider in my bed. The toilet sheet are yellow stained and the towels were also stained and old.The owner of this hotel asks far to much for this hotel and doesn’t invest in his hotel so his guest can have a pleasurable stay. Breakfast was simple and nothing special. I will never come back to this hotel.”
