“My wife and I on her birthday on Feb 16. went to dine in in this restaurant as my first time in this new location and it’s near by where I live . We order mix sea food, smal plate of vegetables and Fries, and soda( Coca Cola). The servants were so polite , clean and they help whenever you ask them . It was not very busy but I would say it was normal for Sundays. Few tables were occupied. The food was a lot and was so great . It’s normal time that they took to prepare such a plate of mix sea food. The atmosphere , decoration, and tables with chairs were great abs comfortable . The price for what we ordered was not that much . We had to take almost half of the sea food plate to Cary out with us. Finally , as we are leaving the premises, we were invited to tray some variées of delicious ice cream for free from privâte owner of the Icecream spot in the first floor. Over all I would go back again whenever possible and I recommend this restaurant to everyone for quite evening with beautiful and great food .”

“I am utterly appalled by my recent experience with La Passionné Restaurant in Béni Mellal. I ordered their so-called signature Passionné pizza, which arrived in an absolutely disgraceful state. The pizza was not just damaged; it was a disaster—toppings were wet and jumbled, indistinguishable from the soggy box they came in. The visuals alone were repulsive enough to ruin anyone’s appetite. When I reached out to customer service, their response was far from satisfactory. Although they agreed to send a replacement pizza, they failed to mention that I needed to return the original. I had already consumed a small slice and discarded the rest due to its poor quality. To my surprise, when the replacement arrived, the delivery person demanded the return of the first pizza, which was impossible since I had thrown it away. Despite the confusion, they refused to accept payment for the second pizza at that time. However, the saga didn’t end there. Two weeks later, I received a call from the same delivery person, now insisting that I pay for the second pizza because the restaurant manager had so requested. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. It is a bait-and-switch tactic to offer a replacement as a courtesy, only to later demand payment for it. The level of incompetence and lack of proper communication have completely shattered my trust in La Passionné. Their handling of this situation was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to me as a customer. I have been a loyal patron of this establishment, regularly ordering from them and dining in, but after this incident, I will no longer support their business. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of La Passionné Restaurant to avoid similar aggravating experiences. Their management clearly lacks customer service skills and business ethics.”

“Hello everyone, I want to share my experience at La Passione, one of the best restaurants in Beni Mellal. Although I live in Tangier, I decided to visit Beni Mellal to try it out. My wife and I had lunch there, and it was truly a great experience. The prices are reasonable; for two separate plates with drinks and some extra orders, the total was 212.00 Dhs (about $21 USD or €20 EUR). The food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and tranquil. The staff were friendly and engaging, making the visit even more enjoyable. It's an ideal spot for couples and families looking for a peaceful place to eat. The air conditioning was effective, and they also have a TPE machine available. In summary, thank you, La Passione, for your excellent service. You made us very happy.”

“The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is really nice, but I honestly wasn’t satisfied with the service, because I ordered juices and tiramisu, and they took an hour to prepare.”
