One downside i see is that your baggage isn't covered with assurance by just the ticket price Meaning if it gets lost or damaged or anything they won't care as it seems If you want the assurance you have to pay another half a dollar or so and declare the value of your things”

“I want to make a complaint here if anyone responsible could see it. I had bad experiences with CTM twice, one from Marakesh to Beni Mellal, and another from Beni Mellal to Rabat.Both buses are old fashioned, uncomfortable with damaged air conditioner”

“The bus was 30 minutes late and by the time it arrived the whole bus was full , absolutely no empty seats . Definetly not a crona virus friendly travel agency”
