“Overrated. This coffee shop is honestly far below expectations. The customer service is hargawiya and very unprofessional, and the staff seem careless and unfriendly (at least some of them). The prices are way too high for the quality offered. The TVs are small, especially on the top floor, making it uncomfortable if you’re there to watch lkoora. The Wi-Fi is one of the worst parts: slow, unstable, and most of the time not working at all. The place also has a bad smell, the toilets are dirty and poorly maintained, and the tables and chairs look old, damaged, and uncomfortable. I even sat on one of the chairs and injured myself because of the sharp pins sticking out of it. On top of that, the place feels crowded, noisy, and badly organized, with no real attention to customer comfort. Orders can take too long, if they’re not forgotten completely. Cleanliness is questionable, and overall the atmosphere feels neglected. For a place with this reputation, the quality is disappointing. Maybe they’ll improve in the future, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it and I definitely won’t be coming back again.”
