“I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing—perfect for enjoying a peaceful meal. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Everything was also very clean, from the tables to the restrooms. I’ll definitely be coming back again!”
“An absolutely incredible experience! The service was outstanding, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the owner was especially friendly and gracious. From start to finish, it was a beautiful, heartwarming, and truly satisfying experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a place filled with love, care, and genuine hospitality.
“We dined twice within a few days at Fika, and both were very pleasant experiences. The first time we ate outside and the second, indoors. Hodaifa kindly welcomed us and provided excellent service throughout. Every dish was very flavorful and generously portioned. Prices are incredibly reasonable for such good quality. Recommended! Choukran! 🙏”
“Had a lovely dinner at Fika tonight- was very quiet due to Ramadan but we were warmly welcomed. The chicken tagine with lemon, olives and dghmira was a standout, deliciously tender meat and a wonderful sauce to dip fries and bread into. Meatball tagine was a close second. Overall, a lovely dining experience in Casablanca at really reasonable prices.”
“Really really good food here. Prices are very reasonable and the waiter was extremely friendly and patient (menu in French). They also delivered to our room in a hotel nearby. Awesome.”
“I can’t say anything negative about the food—it’s actually very good. However, I feel it’s important to mention a serious issue we experienced with the service. Today, my father, a friend, and I visited the café. Since the Moroccan football team was playing that evening, I asked the waiter (a man with glasses) if we could reserve a table for my father and me. He agreed, and as a thank-you, I tipped him 20 DHS. When we arrived on time, our reserved table was already taken. We didn’t want to cause a scene, so we sat at the table next to it. The next day, which was our last day before flying back, we returned for breakfast. The same waiter was on duty. We sat and waited, but he took a long time to come to us, as we already knew he was slow. We informed him that we were in a hurry because we had a flight. We ordered two soups, which arrived. When I asked for salt and lemon, his attitude immediately changed, and he seemed visibly upset. We wanted to order more food, but he was nowhere to be found. I went to the cashier and politely told a female staff member what we wanted. She was very kind and said she would take care of it. While I was explaining how I wanted my Moroccan tea, the waiter suddenly shouted at me from behind, saying loudly and rudely that I should talk to him and not to her. I told him it was fine since I had already ordered, but he continued raising his voice, insisting that he was the one preparing the food. I calmly asked him why he was so angry, as I hadn’t done anything wrong. He continued speaking loudly and aggressively. The female staff member tried to de-escalate the situation with a gesture, but the damage was already done. I returned to my seat and explained everything to my father. When the waiter brought the tea, he made unnecessary comments to my father about a previous food delivery to our apartment, mentioning our apartment number, which felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. Throughout the interaction, he was rude, aggressive, and intimidating. My father thanked him for the food, and he didn’t even respond. Because of his behavior, we felt uncomfortable and even afraid to complain on the spot. His attitude was hostile and uncalled for, and no customer should ever feel unsafe in a café. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this café despite the good food. I sincerely hope management reviews the CCTV footage to understand what happened and takes this matter seriously.”
