“The server doesn’t wash his hands after using the toilet!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t go!!!! We wanted to eat food but when we saw this, we were turned off by this we only ordered coffee to be polite. However, during payment the interaction went very sour with the same server as he refused to provide change nor accept the exact change in coins. I would have been understanding if he wasn’t so rude. All in all, just don’t go as cleanliness and hygiene isn’t their priority. Gross to not wash hands after using the toilet.”
“Stopped Saturday morning for a petit dejeuner advertised at 28dh. Excellent coffee, pain aux chocolate warm and fresh squeezed orange juice at the correct price with speedy attentive and pleasant service. Will return again!”
“*1/5 Stars - Avoid This Tourist Trap!* Disappointing breakfast experience in Casablanca. Menu pictures looked great, but food was cheap, small, and bad quality. No other customers came during our 45-minute stay, while neighbouring cafes were bustling. Clearly, a tourist trap prioritising profits over quality. Don't waste your money – try somewhere else!”
“Ramses Café is one of the worst cafés I’ve ever been to. The price of coffee is overpriced, the place is dirty, and the staff's behavior is extremely poor. Even the restroom is unclean and lacks running water for basic hygiene. I had visited this café before when it was clean and well-maintained, but things have changed drastically. What made it worse was the embarrassment I felt in front of my friends after praising the place and recommending it to them.”
“Service: Staff seemed indifferent—no warmth, no initiative (e.g., ignored empty water glasses, didn’t check if food/drinks were okay). For a café that old in the industry, effort was shockingly lacking. Hygiene Issues: Disgusting straws: Stale, bent, and used by others (why serve these at all?). Insect infestation: mosquitoes everywhere and no attempt to manage them . Ambiance: The space could be cozy (clean, quiet), but the above ruined it. Value: Prices are high for what you get: lazy service, cut corners, and zero attention to detail. Rating: ⭐1/5 – A café that doesn’t care shouldn’t expect customers to.”
“Worst food I have ever had. The Chicken Tajine was cold inside but I was so hungry and I thought it was like that until I saw the reviews here.”
