“Ping problems always lags always connection breaks whatever PC you are using you do not want to come here the time is not accurate they let you leave so much early, it’s near my stay i won’t care to much for closing early if they were clear about opening and closing time. do not come here never believe me, i tried to enjoy because it’s next to my stay, i still have couple of hours but i left because i can’t handle every 2 or 5 mins connection problem and also staff attitude is not good i felt like im enemy”

“This place is so cool . The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is friendly , it is kinda busy so i wont come play games but i will come for a drinks and a meal any day ... it feels like you are on another planet or an alien space ship it really is amazing. I came here to day and i just wanna come here tomorrow and the day after ... doesnt matter if you old its not only for young people . It is really an experience. I have never been to such a cool place in my life ... i highly recommend it , Update i have one problem though. The service needs to be better upstairs. I decided to stay for a drink , and i got it but the second drink i waited forever for eventually i went downstairs to ask for my bill because i can't wait 45 minutes for a drink ... keep the service good and value your customers because people won't come back if they have to wait 45 minutes for a drink they dont even end up getting . That was kinda disappointing.. for that i wont come back here unfortunately.... but do check this place out for yourself.”

“the service and the prices depicts the true meaning of greed and lazyness only to add salt on the wound, their audacity to argue clearly using OLD HDDs that consume your paid time to play Heck even half of the games dont work for some reason”

“Worst gaming experience ever. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. The staff shut down our PCs two days in a row while we were in the middle of a game — without any notice. We still had money in our accounts, but they didn’t care. They can just power off your computer and ask you to leave. Completely unacceptable.”

“Went with my friend (we’re both girls) and the receptionists were talking in a very VERY condescending tone and had very condescending looks, not to mention that it smelled horribly bad (I would say like hookah) by the way all this happened within like 20 MINUTES of us being inside the arcade. Other than that everything seemed clean. No wonder it was empty though for its trashy service and also before you blame ME and my friend of being rude, we tried to speak in our most respectful and polite manner to ever be yet we were turned empty handed. 0/10💀”
