“I can’t even begin to describe how absolutely appalling the experience was when my friend took his sick cat to Clinique Vétérinaire Casablanca. The whole ordeal was heart-wrenching and extremely frustrating. The staff at this clinic were more interested in getting as much money as possible than actually taking the time to care for my friend’s cat or provide any sense of compassion. When we arrived, the place seemed fine at first, and the vet appeared professional, but soon it became painfully clear that the main concern here was not the health of the animal, but how much money they could extract from us. My friend’s cat was seriously ill, and instead of offering reasonable treatment options or giving us a proper diagnosis, they immediately jumped to the conclusion that they needed 10,000 dirhams to “save” the cat. That’s an absurdly high amount, and it felt more like a business transaction than anything else. No explanation, no empathy, just dollar signs in their eyes. When asked about alternatives or less expensive treatments, the response was vague and dismissive. It became evident that they were pushing unnecessary procedures just to rack up the price. What should have been a routine visit to get the cat treated turned into an ordeal where money was the only thing they cared about. It was like they saw an opportunity to take advantage of a desperate pet owner and didn’t hesitate for a second. The whole experience left us feeling completely exploited. My friend had no choice but to pay up because of the desperation to save his cat, but the entire process was draining both emotionally and financially. The so-called “care” given was minimal at best, and the vet didn’t even take the time to properly explain the situation or show any real concern for the cat’s well-being. Instead, we were made to feel guilty and rushed into paying for the most expensive option without any clear explanation. It’s sickening to think that a place that is supposed to care for animals is more focused on making a quick profit than providing actual medical care. The way they treated my friend, both emotionally and financially, was downright unethical. If you're looking for a clinic that genuinely cares about your pet’s health and well-being, DO NOT go to Clinique Vétérinaire Casablanca. They’re all about taking your money, and if you’re not careful, they’ll gladly do so without a second thought for your pet’s actual needs. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone. There are better options out there where your pet’s health comes first, not your bank account.

“I highly recommend! My cat needed urgent care, he was misdiagnosed by another doctor, which worsened his case. After taking him here the doctor communicated with me his diagnosis, he suggested the emergency protocol of 72h. It was not easy for me as a care taker to leave my cat at the hospital, but the doctor took really good care of him, I appreciate the staff's efforts too. They are very understanding of my concerns and I had all my questions answered. The doctor shows his availability by answering calls when he can. Thank you so much 🙏”
