“Surely the warmest and most pleasant stay in Casablanca I could have ever expected. Ahmed was extremely polite and professional. He masterly handled all my requests, at times even preempting some of them. The breakfast consisting of nice Moroccan pancakes was served at a comfortable time. The interior of the place is stylish and makes the impression of the visit even more delightful.||Next time I visit Casablanca, I will definitely go with Casa City Break.”

“Another sleepless night. This hotel has the worst staff and management, and they don’t care about basic human comfort. I have made so many complaints about their noisy broken AC machines, over many days, yet they still refuse to fix or change it for good. What kind of a hotel that can’t afford a new AC..!? Watch video How can anyone sleep in this building with this much noise? At this point this just don’t care if anyone sleeps well or not. THE WORST.”

“**Positives:** We had a great stay — the room was excellent with no issues at all. Everything was clean, comfortable, and in perfect working order. **Downside:** The call to prayer from the nearby mosque is quite loud. If you’re sensitive to noise early in the morning or evening, this might be something to consider. For us, that wasn't a drawback. A very comfortable hotel with great rooms and staff. If the nearby mosque’s call to prayer doesn’t bother you, you’ll be fine!”

“I had an excellent experience staying several nights here last summer. The service is very kind and welcoming, the location is pretty ideal with most of Casablanca's attractions within either walking distance or a short taxi drive away, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. I worked remote from here and the internet was lightning fast and never went down once throughout my stay, allowing me to take video calls with ease. The prices are also very reasonable for the value. My only complaint is that they more or less insisted on being paid in cash. I'll certainly stay here again whenever I'm back in Casablanca!”
