Hôtel Terminus

“The reception staff were polite, but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. Everything else is a disaster. The rooms are in bad shape, the beds are a nightmare, and I couldn’t believe they’re still using those ancient traditional blankets. The toilets and showers are filthy and barely functional, and there’s absolutely no hot water. Honestly, it’s shocking that this place is even allowed to operate as a hotel. Whoever gave them a license needs to re-evaluate their standards.”

“I don't know how to describe this hotel, it's was really a horrible experience staying there, even it was for just 8 hours. We got to Casa Voyageurs late to catch a train early next morning. All hotels near-by were over our budget, so we have no choice but to put up a night in this place. Also because it is just directly opposite the train terminal, which was great! Now the room was large with a balcony, that's good. But everything else was horrible, the bed was really bad and old, bed sheets smells like they have not washed them for the entire year, the cabinets, tables and all other furniture in the room was broken and very worn out. The shared bathrooms were as bad, dirty and smelly. Among the worst hotel we have stayed in really.”

“The only thing that this hotel has going for it is its´ location next to the Gare de voyagers. Just coming into the place it looks a bit dodgy and the room was extermely dirty. Even the supposedly clean sheets we got after being appalled by the ones that were on the bed were dirty, same for the towels which we also had to request for. Also no paper on the toilet. To top everything off the staff was unfriendly as well. I do not understand why this hotel gets favourable reviews in the travel guides.”

“Rooms are old, look like they've last been painted in the sixties. Beds are really old and the mattresses far too soft. Covers, pillows and blankets smell like a whole brigade of soldiers coming home from a 100-mile march slept in them. At least, we didn't seem to have caught fleas from them. The squat toilet is clean sometimes, but most of the time it smelt awful. The service is okay most of the time, but after 8 pm the guys behind the counter don't want to sell you a bottle of water, basically just because they're too lazy to get up from their chairs, even though they charge overprices. But at the very least, it's dirt cheap when considering the location 100 yards from Casa Voyageurs. 150 Dh for a twin single room.”

“Read the other reviews, but we .have stayed here twice. It is basic but was clean, had hot water and very reasonably priced. | your can stay at one of the other places for triple the price, but my wife, who demands cleanliness had I problem coming back here. ||Not the Ritz but a Cheap place to stay.”

“Clean and simple room, very close to metro and train casa voyeurs (both across the street). Okay for a one-night stop when you don’t need luxury. Next to the hotel you can have breakfast or diner. We stayed here our last night to get on the train to the AirPort next day”
