“Counter 11 was a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. The team greeted us warmly and seated us at the bar, where you get a great view of the chefs preparing the rolls. We ordered hand rolls, nigiri, and maki rolls, and the highlights were definitely the nigiri and hand rolls. The nigiri was exceptional, the fish was incredibly tender, almost buttery, with a light torching on top that added a subtle smoky note. The wasabi between the fish and rice brought everything together beautifully. The hamachi hand roll was also a standout. The quality of the fish, attention to detail, and overall execution make Counter 11 a great addition to Casablanca’s dining scene. We ended with the chocolate lava cake with miso and sesame ice cream, which was beautifully balanced, sweet, salty, and memorable. Highly recommended.”
