Unfortunately, the behavior of one of your employees towards a Sub-Saharan customer was unacceptable. The employee made racist comments, refused to treat the customer equally, and expected the customer to speak the local language. When I intervened, the employee became defensive and questioned why I was defending the customer. As a customer, it's disheartening to see such behavior in a place that's supposed to provide a welcoming experience. I'm concerned about how your employees might treat other customers who may not speak up. Your store serves a diverse customer base, especially during lunchtime, and it's essential to ensure that everyone feels respected and valued. I urge you to address this issue promptly and provide your employees with proper training on customer service and diversity. If I witness similar behavior again, I will take further action. P.S. the employer I am talking about is a man in his early 50s maybe less who work in the fruit and vegetable area. He needs to learn a lesson in tolerance and respect.”

“this supermarket often charges more at checkout than the price shown on the shelves, sometimes by 20 dirhams or 60 dh. they do this on purpose, and when I ask for a price check they make me wait a long time, sometimes up to an hour, and no one ever comes to fix the problem. this has happened to me three times and every time I go the price is never the same as on the Shelf. the service is very bad and frustrating. Additionally the cashier with the headscarf is very rude and disgusting she makes you wait and pretends to call out names quickly, which are not real making you wait for an hour when you finally say you are leaving she just say okay. without even apologizing for their fraud.”
