“The store is well-organized and offers a great selection of international products, which I really appreciate. However, I’ve had some less-than-comfortable experiences in the alcohol section. While I understand the staff are there to assist, some team members can be overly intrusive, closely following customers and insisting on handling their items, even when help hasn’t been requested. It would be much better if shoppers were given a bit more space to browse at their own pace.”

“English review: we tried to go to this Carrefour on March 14th 2024 at ~6p and the security guards had the doors closed with the final customers inside checking out and no new customers allowed to enter. I understand this period of the year is Ramadan but not everyone is Muslim. The majority here in Morocco are but this is a french owned corporation, how about hiring some employees who aren't Muslim so that during these religious obligations, the store can remain open with a skeleton crew for 2 hours during prayer. Maybe this isn't realistic in Morocco, and I'm just dreaming. The photos are from other Carrefours that sell alcohol. 1 star because I wasn't allowed in the store to buy cheap french whiskey.”
