“Our first visit to The Green Souk and we were truly impressed. This is real organic Moroccan food, from ingredients sourced from small local farms and cooperatives to the care taken throughout the entire process. We tried the quiche and bread, and they were outstanding. The quiche crust was a work of art, perfectly crisp, golden, and delicate, with not even a hint of burn. You can immediately taste the skill and intention behind the food. The owner runs this place with incredible rigor and high standards, and it shows in every detail. In a city where supermarkets are often filled with overly processed, chemically colored products, The Green Souk feels like a breath of fresh air. A true gem in Casablanca. Highly recommended.”
