“Our experience at Pepe Luis was very uncomfortable from the beginning. The service was extremely poor - the waiter barely spoke English and constantly had to call another colleague to translate. At first we were seated in what looked like a semi-closed section, but then they told us drinks were not allowed there, so we had to move inside. After ordering, they brought regular water instead of sparkling water, which we had ordered. We asked them to change it, they took it away without apologizing, and later we noticed it was still included in the bill without informing us. When we asked about it, the waiter said he couldn’t remove it and told us to pay in cash instead, then gave us the difference back. The whole situation and attitude were unprofessional, which made the experience very unpleasant. The food itself was average, nothing special. You also couldn’t sit peacefully for even a minute - staff were constantly rushing around the tables. Overall, definitely not a place we would return to.”
