First, it took them a full hour to even take my order. That’s 60 minutes of my life I’ll never get back—enough time to watch a movie, read a book, or grow old. Once they finally honored me with their attention, I figured things would pick up. Nope. Another 40 minutes passed before my coffee arrived. I’m pretty sure they were waiting for the coffee beans to grow, be harvested, roasted, ground, and brewed from scratch. The atmosphere? Completely devoid of warmth. No smiles, no “hello,” not even the bare minimum human acknowledgment. You’d get more hospitality from a vending machine. And just when I thought the horror show was over, I asked for something simple—a glass of ice. Not a gold-plated ice sculpture, just… ice. Guess what? 15 more minutes. Fifteen minutes for frozen water. I could have walked to the Arctic, chipped some ice off a glacier, and been back faster. This wasn’t a coffee break; it was a hostage situation. If you value your time, your sanity, or your faith in customer service, run—don’t walk—away from this place.”
