“I recently moved to Casablanca and have been intentionally calling in experiences that feel refined, warm, and sensorially rich. Le Rooftop at Royal Mansour delivered all of that and more last Saturday evening. As a solo diner, I felt completely held. From the moment I arrived, I was met with presence, care, and genuine warmth. Siham — my absolute favorite human of the night — made my experience unforgettable. Her intuitive attention to detail, anticipatory care, and the way she supported me in receiving an optimal experience (even in the needs I didn’t yet know I had) made me feel deeply welcomed. She is truly the heart of exceptional hospitality. Issam added the perfect complement with his thoughtful wine pairing. Finding the one that matched my taste flawlessly and elevated every dish. The food… Chef Marwan and his team nourished me with flavors that awakened parts of my palate I didn’t realize were wanting more. • Poulpe Houmous — I’ve eaten pulpo in many places around the world, and this dish was deliciously different. The grilled octopus, the velvety chickpea base, the chimichurri-soy finish, fresh herbs and that touch of harissa from the spice plate created a layered, sensual experience. I took my time with this one… fully present, savoring every nuance. • Fameuse Polenta — rich, creamy, earthy love in a bowl. The polenta, asparagus, mushrooms, and subtle black truffle oil came together in a way that felt grounding, luxurious, and deeply satisfying. While Siham presented this dish, she shared how it came into creation — a lovely touch. • Let’s Have a Date — a beautiful dessert of date cream, za’atar tuile, Medjool dates, and delicate olive oil ice cream. Playful, elegant, and a perfect ending note. The vibe of the evening was the perfect backdrop. DJ Soukaina’s set was absolutely magnetic! I added songs from her mix straight into my own playlists. And the moments with live percussion brought the whole space alive. I loved witnessing the open kitchen, filled with laughter, clapping, and genuine joy. You can feel when a team enjoys what they’re creating and that energy infused the entire dining experience. And the view… breathtaking. I caught the last remnants of sunset melting into the night sky, the city lights rising, and the Hassan II Mosque glowing beautifully in the distance. Pure magic. As someone newly calling Casablanca home, I left feeling nourished, seen, and inspired — the perfect welcome into my new chapter here. I’m looking forward to exploring more of the menu soon! I’ll absolutely be recommending Le Rooftop to my connections, clients, and loved ones visiting Casablanca. It’s an experience truly worth savoring. Deep gratitude to Siham, Issam, Chef Marwan, and the entire team. Thank you for an evening that felt like a warm embrace.
“Honestly it’s definitely overpriced. The chicken in salad was even frozen like just being put out from fridge. The salad and the juice cost over 400 MAD (43 GBP). The staff are very friendly and fluent in English. The bar has a very good view, but unfortunately the balcony is closed this season, and they refused to let customer go out to the balcony even just take a photo. All in all, the Le Rooftop bar is overpriced.”
“Super delicious and amazing view. Pricey but worth it for the special experience! And the staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive.”
“One of the top restaurants I visited in Casablanca! The view is absolutely stunning! The service is fantastic, servers are friendly and professional. The food was high quality and beautifully presented. The drinks were fresh and well balanced. I really recommend visiting this place for a date or a family gathering. I’m definitely coming back.”
“Exceptional service. Barkeeper is top and great to talk to. Food was tasty, music fine.”
“Luxury from start to finish. We didn’t have reservations but after explaining it was our last night in Casablanca the staff were kind enough to let us in. Everyone was lovely and incredibly attentive, from the security in front of the building to the hostess and the person who seated us. The views were amazing. It was the only rooftop bar I got to visit in Casablanca and while I can only imagine how beautiful it must be during the day, the nighttime views were just as stunning. The drinks felt like New York City prices but they were worth it for the view and the atmosphere. You also get snacks with your drinks, specifically nuts, which was a nice touch. Definitely one of those places that makes you feel like you’re ending your trip on a high note.”
