“I usually would review based on multiple factors, however the service was SOOOO BADDD that it ruined the whole evening. The place was nice, we were able to watch the world cup football game and enjoy a nice warm Casablancan breeze. We were sat for 2 hours in the middle of the restaurant and yet no server came to us to take our order. We were ignored repeatedly and moved to a different area to get served. The food was nice enough. Prices were so high and tips were expected. The waiters however were so rude they made us feel unwelcome. Now that i have read other review, it seems to be a very common theme with them. Don’t waste your money, there are nicer, more welcoming and generally better restaurants in the area and in the city!”
“If I could give a lower rating, I would. The staff is positively rude, going out of their way to ignore you. The hotel is two-star at best (the hallway floors are dusty, we found hair and fingernail clippings on our way to the room from the elevator) and the restaurant and bar are inhospitable to international travelers. Your better bet is to stay in town and brave the longer commute to the airport. This place is shameful.”
“the outdoor set up is great however I agree with previous comment the service is terrible you have to request the waiter multiple times before you can get attended and the order takes time. Food and tapas are average.”
“I had a very upsetting and discriminatory experience at this restaurant. I went with my friend (we are both over 20) and was refused entry at the door. I wear a hijab, and from the start the staff member completely ignored me, he refused to look at me or address me directly, only speaking to my friend, which was incredibly disrespectful. The first thing he did was ask my friend her age. She told him she was 20. Right after that, instead of letting us in, he suddenly said we couldn’t come in because “it’s busy and there’s a lot of alcohol since it’s Saturday.” This excuse made no sense at all — it wasn’t even Saturday, it was Friday, the place was not busy, and we had no intention of drinking. At that point, I asked him directly: “Then what age do you have to be to come in?” I had to repeat myself several times before he finally answered, and when he did, he just said “20.” This made no sense because my friend had already told him she was 20, yet he still refused to let us in. His reasoning was inconsistent, dismissive, and felt like nothing more than an excuse to turn us away. This entire experience left me feeling singled out and disrespected. To be denied entry not because of any real rule, but seemingly because I “don’t fit,” is unacceptable. Being ignored because I’m a hijabi and then given contradictory, baseless excuses is discriminatory and deeply disappointing. A restaurant should treat all guests fairly and respectfully. Worst customer service and staff. Would give it 0 stars if I could.”
“Honestly, the worst experience I’ve had in any place here in Casablanca, staff are extremely rude and they humiliated us by putting us in the worst chair just because we didn’t order alcohol when our bill is 600dh in food, the bad reviews are real, avoid this place”
“Absolute disaster of a restaurant. The service was very slow and sluggish, the servers were not very welcoming. The drinks were fine, no complaints on that. The food was atrocious, honestly the worst food I’ve had during my one month visit across Morocco; and it’s not cheap either. The venue was nice but it’s not really a rooftop. Overall, I do not recommend this place and would never go back.”
