“I had initially avoided this restaurant because I heard it primarily catered to weddings, but when I went for dinner tonight, I was genuinely surprised. The restaurant is massive in scale. I also appreciated the open-kitchen concept. The lamb chops, the beef tagine, and the bread were all of the highest quality, providing the best flavor and making it a truly happy meal. I had underestimated it simply because it was next to the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, but it is an outstanding restaurant. I will definitely visit again. Thank you.”
“We come here quite often because the food is always great and the seating is comfortable. However, the seats could really use a good cleaning, they look gross (see pictures attached). It’s a small detail, but it would make a big difference in the overall experience.
“I’m very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered chicken, and it was served raw and not properly cooked. I asked the staff to cook it again, but even after that, it was still undercooked and impossible to eat and the vegetables which cames with was completely cold unbelievable how this is terrible On top of that, I was still charged for the meal despite not being able to eat it. This is completely unacceptable. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this place, even dog will refuse this type of food . It's worth even 0 star”
“As an American all I can say is this place was amazing. The food was outstanding, chicken skewers, sausage, lamb, bread…worth the trip alone, spicy sauce was the best I’ve ever had, olives…Morocco tea, cheesecake…of course personal taste matters but I disliked nothing. Let’s talk service; what a wonderful staff. I can’t say enough. Such good people. The venue is very cool, go to the back under the tent. Breeze in July at 1800 made it perfect. Cost…$125 (1250 DH) for 5 persons and way, as in waaaaay too much food. Kinda embarrassing how much we ordered. Covered lunch for two days. ATM located inside-English capable. They took all major credit cards, split the bill 5-ways for us. I travel for a living all over the world, this place is in my top 5. To far away if your on a cruise ship excursion but If you flew into Morocco and you’re in the area overnight go there.”
“I absolutely do not recommend it. It's unbelievable! When you arrive, the menu is limited, and you have to buy everything you want. For example, you have to pay for bread, you have to pay for a bag of food, and the service is incredibly slow. I absolutely do not recommend it! There are much nicer, more traditional places here that are much better. Everything is free, but if you order barbecue, you have to pay extra for it; it's not on the menu. A complete and utter failure.”
“The food at Chhiwat L'Khayma is decent but not particularly special. Unfortunately, our experience with the service was terrible ,our dinner was ready, but we had to wait almost 20 minutes for bread, by which time the food had gone cold. The prices are also super expensive for what you get. The service definitely needs improvement. On the positive side, the atmosphere is nice, especially if you enjoy watching Moroccan folklore music performances”
