“The food is very good and delicious, we took the mixte gambas, the plate was seved with eggs, i would liked if they ask if you want egg or not, overall the food is good just make sure that you are not super hungry because you will wait for a bit”
“A Delightful Seafood Experience With Just One Drawback I recently visited a seafood restaurant known for preparing fish using the traditional “maqla” (frying pan) method, and the experience was worth sharing. The food was simply delicious. The fish was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection, allowing the natural flavors to shine without being overpowering. The bread served alongside the meal was also outstanding fresh, warm, and a perfect complement to the dish. In terms of pricing, the restaurant is quite reasonable. Considering the quality and portion sizes, it offers great value for money, especially for seafood lovers looking for a hearty and flavorful meal. However, the major downside was the intense crowd. The place gets extremely busy, especially during peak hours, leading to long waiting times that might test your patience. While this is a testament to the restaurant’s popularity, it’s an area that could use some improvement to enhance the overall dining experience. All in all, it’s a spot I’d happily return to. If you’re a fan of traditionally prepared seafood, it’s definitely worth a visit just try to avoid rush hours for a smoother experience.
“We’ve eaten here twice and the shrimp were absolutely amazing — super fresh and full of flavor. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients. The freshly baked bread is also incredible, definitely a highlight. The place is always busy, so be ready to wait around 30 minutes for the food. Prices are very reasonable — for two people, the bill is usually under 100 dirhams without drinks. The cleanliness is great, even the restroom is cleaned after each person, which is impressive. One downside: sometimes the staff can be a bit dismissive — as a foreigner, I even had napkins tossed at me once, which didn’t feel nice. But apart from that, the food makes it absolutely worth coming back.”
“We really enjoyed our meal. It was so delicious that the wait time(more tgan an hour) became a non issue. Despite the crowds, the food was absolutely worth it.”
“This is the slowest Mqila, I've ever had. The Mqila was tasty, the hot sauce is very hot, and the bread is the best. The only downside is the slow service even if I it wasn't peak time. So this one will earn the best slow Mqila in town 🏆”
“We need to bump up this rating. Can't believe some ppl gave lower rating when they still liked the food. It's not a fancy place, that's not its point. It's a great place for tasty local seafood, you have to go! :)”
