“I recently visited Paul CIL and had a mixed experience that I'd like to share. Overall, the ambiance at Paul CIL is charming and inviting. The decor is elegant, creating a pleasant atmosphere perfect for enjoying a meal or a coffee with friends. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. I decided to try the raisin bread, which I usually enjoy. However, shortly after eating it, I didn't feel well. It was disappointing because I had high expectations given the reputation of Paul. The rest of the menu looked appetizing, and I noticed other customers enjoying their meals. While my overall experience at Paul CIL was good, the issue with the raisin bread was unfortunate. I hope this was an isolated incident, as I usually enjoy their offerings. I would recommend giving Paul CIL another try, but perhaps choosing a different item from their extensive menu.”
Elegant atmosphere, multilingual staff, delightful brunch foods, wow-worthy selection of fresh artisanal breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Prices are surprisingly fair for the high quality of food and service offered here.
“I’ve visited almost all Paul branches in Morocco, and this one is by far the most beautiful, cleanest, most elegant, and has the best staff and service I’ve encountered. They are completely different from the other branches.”
“Horrible place! Biggest liars in Casablanca and the service was terrible. The waitress just went away mid conversation.”
“This was one of the best Pauls I experienced. The food was really well made, and the waiters were really nice. I went with my British friend to eat breakfast there. I got the Fassi Breakfast, and she got a classical breakfast. It was really nice to be served freshly made bread and well made eggs with khliia. Generally, the mornings are chill and relaxing. I got a cappuccino afterwards, and they put a heart on top of it, which made me like the place even more. The toilets are clean, and everyone minds their business, which is quite rare. I also liked how the people were not crammed together, but each table had space around it so that people's business is private as much as possible. The chairs were also comfortable I highly recommend it for a date or a going out with your friends.”
“Noisy atmosphere. Poorly prepared coffee. Too talkative staff. Doubtful hygiene.”
