“Ambiance & Location: The spot initially gives off a welcoming vibe, and the atmosphere seems promising. However, comfort is quickly compromised by an unexpected issue—mosquitoes hovering around, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Service: The staff is energetic and keeps the place lively, which is appreciated. However, the experience feels more reliant on their presence than on the quality of the food itself. Food Quality: Unfortunately, the burgers do not live up to expectations. The ingredients lack depth, and the final product feels like just meat, sauce, and bread—greasy, tasteless, and missing the freshness of proper crudités. The price suggests a better experience than what is delivered, making the disappointment even greater. The owner is a real gentleman who is careful about customer satisfaction but unfortunately couldn't make up for the while chain. After giving HL Burger two chances, I won’t be returning. That being said, I sincerely wish the owners success and hope they improve the quality to match the potential of their establishment.”
