“I decided to try Snack Robio after hearing good things, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and had to wait a very long time before it was finally ready. When the pizza arrived, it wasn’t even pepperoni — it was ham instead. On top of that, the pizza was bland and honestly had almost no flavor. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff. When I politely pointed out that the order was wrong, the employee simply laughed instead of apologizing or offering to fix the mistake. The staff came across as rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but customer service is what really matters, and sadly this place failed completely in that aspect. Between the long wait, the incorrect order, and the disrespectful response from the staff, I definitely won’t be coming back.”
