“Very poor delivery service. The delivery driver called and asked me to come outside to collect my order, then returned to the shop because he had forgotten something. I was left waiting outside my home for approximately 15 minutes without any update or explanation. The delivery was extremely slow and unprofessional, and by the time my order arrived, it was cold. The hygiene conditions at the shop were also unacceptable: the toilet door did not close properly, and there was no water or paper available.”
