“As an expatriate residing in Morocco, one of my primary considerations pertains to the condition of my hair. I am uncertain whether this is an isolated experience or a common phenomenon, but I have noticed a distinct change in the texture and overall feel of my hair since my relocation. I have been residing in Morocco for a considerable amount of time, spanning several years. Concurrently, I have been grappling with hair-related challenges for an extended period. I have been to many salons, However, there are colors and styles that I want that they are unable to achieve, even close or at least somewhere similar. As a result, my hair experienced significant dryness, excessive processing, and severe damage. It was a pleasure to meet Princess, the manager of the Krappes Center Maarif branch. She provided me with an introduction to Krappes and its services. Upon my arrival at Krappes, I was greeted with a sense of genuine hospitality, beginning with the courteous and professional demeanor of the security personnel at the entrance. Upon entering the establishment, I was delighted to be warmly welcomed by the courteous staff. They kindly offered me a selection of refreshments, including tea, coffee, and other beverages, to ensure my comfort and alleviate any potential tedium while I patiently awaited my turn. The salon's distinguished clientele is extensive, yet they prioritize respecting my valuable time and ensuring minimal waiting periods. One of the challenges I face while living in Morocco is the language barrier, which makes it difficult for me to communicate effectively with everyone. Fortunately, there are some staff members at Krappes who are able to speak and understand English. I am particularly grateful to Princess, who kindly assisted me throughout the process. She patiently explained every detail of my desired hairstyle to Hayat, the hairstylist. Hayat was very attentive and provided valuable suggestions and advices based on the condition of my hair, taking into account its damaged state. She made every effort to achieve a result that closely resembled my preferences. During my hair treatments, their attentive staff periodically check in to determine if I require anything, acknowledging that the hair procedures can be time-consuming. The environment exudes a sense of tranquility and relaxation while simultaneously maintaining a high level of coziness and cleanliness. Even the toilette it is meticulously maintained and emit a pleasant fragrance. The most appealing aspect of Krappes is their delicate and meticulous approach to hair care. Additionally, their unhurried demeanor and dedication to providing exceptional results and utmost customer satisfaction are commendable attributes that set them apart. Another aspect I can attest to is their exceptional cleanliness with customers. For each hair color service, a dedicated staff member meticulously cleans and swabs every area that comes into contact with the hair dye, ensuring the utmost hygiene and customer satisfaction. In addition, the team's familial bond creates a welcoming and friendly environment for visitors. It is an ideal location to unwind and indulge in pampering. This salon will undoubtedly leave you with a smile on your face. Kudos to the entire team at Krappes Salon.”

“I’m really disappointed with this beauty salon. I recommended it to a friend based on expectations, but the experience was very unsatisfactory . The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly, and my friend did not feel welcomed or respected during the visit (maybe because she wasn't morrocan). On top of that, the quality of the service was poor and did not match the prices charged. The treatment felt rushed and careless.the hammam was very cold when she told them . They told her that the hammam can't be hot you have to get the other pack with (لعشوب). She asked for her hair to be dry but still they didn't dry it for her . Plenty of thinks happened but I don't want to cause problems for the ones working there because I know that they have families and I don't want to be the cause of loosing there job. this was an embarrassing experience after recommending the place, and I would not suggest this salon to others unless major improvements are made in both staff behavior and service quality. This happend in maarif branch.”

“We love Karppes Center! I’ve gotten hammams, massages, Brazilian waxing, gel manicures, pedicures, balayage, hair cuts, sparkles, and styling services. I’ve taken friends, family, and even my 3 and 5-year-old daughters for their birthdays. Princess speaks good English to help navigate the language barrier (I do not speak French or Darija). The emphasis they put on continued education of the newest techniques is clear. The staff are warm, welcoming, and very talented. The valet parking is also very helpful. We highly recommend. Their services are excellent.”

Went there today for Balayage/Highlights and a little trim because why not; those split-ends never leave🤦‍♀️ They took really good care of me and they were very friendly and professional. My hair looks amazing and healthy as well, I mean once a year I’m in Morocco and I take the opportunity to do my hair cause no one else knows my hair type but my own people.
