“Tahla Mar is THE restaurant on Dakhla peninsula if you want to enjoy fresh fish and especially fresh oysters ate a (for European standards) ridicolous prices - 0,4€/pcs. Everything they do is reslly fresh and tasty and you can see also a lot of locals eating here. Oysters are obviously a must for starter. We took different tajine (calamari, sepia, pulp) and morrocan salads. For main dish we took a big fish with vegetables. Excellent baked, tasty and juicy. They serve only soft drinks, so bring your own wine if you want to have it with your fish. We always do like that when we come here. Price for 5 people - 45€. A must place to eat when you visit Dakhla.”

“A very nice spot in Dakhla with beautiful terraces offering stunning sea views. An excellent seafood restaurant with a large family-friendly space and a pleasant atmosphere. The products are fresh and of high quality. The menu is very diverse, offering mussels, cuttlefish, razor clams, lobster, octopus, squid, oysters, and many other seafood specialties. The fresh juices are also excellent. For our last evening in Dakhla, we enjoyed a remarkable meal. The service was fast and efficient, the dishes were generous, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. While some are enjoying the sunshine of Dakhla, its beaches, modern infrastructure, and the seafood of Talhamar, others spend their time dreaming about “colonizing” cities they don’t even know. 😄 It’s quite fascinating how certain propaganda can convince people in Tindouf, in the sand and l3jaj, that development, roads, ports, hotels, and investments will suddenly disappear just because they decided so… 😂 Meanwhile, Dakhla continues to welcome tourists from all over the world, to grow, and to move forward. Reality often struggles to keep up with the imaginary scenarios of some people… 😉 Without a doubt, this is one of Dakhla’s must-visit restaurants. We will happily come back and highly recommend it to all seafood lovers.”

“This is a popular eatery and was fairly crowded even at 4pm in the afternoon. It is a basic seafront restaurant and the place was quite windy at time of visit. The eatery is known for seafood especially fish dishes. Ordered the grilled mixed seafood and the dish was fresh and delicious. The oysters were available fresh or grilled.”
