“Staff need training on customer service. Asked for milk with my coffee it took 20 mins but had to ask for the milk again. I asked for water. I waited another 20 mins then went and asked for some. When he handed me the water he was still talking and laughing with his colleagues and didn’t even look at me. It is thanks to the public that they have a job. It’s more like I can’t be bothered with you. Very unprofessional”

“I would like to rate the RAM 3.5🌟 Especially in local flights Because the prices are not logical comparing to the international ones. Also the service in board is so cheap concerning the snacks offered during the flight and the entertainment by SkyRam is always unavailable. Another thing the company during the pandemic lowered it standards in the services and increased the prices which is something unacceptable. If there were any choices other than RAM, I wouldn't fly with it. Recommended nationally coz it's the only company.🙃”

“By far the worst airline when it comes to baggage reliability. I was flying from Vienna to Dakhla with one stopover in Casablanca. I have been waiting four days for my luggage and they're not even able to tell me where it is. I asked them several times to write me an eMail with the information they have but they didn’t follow this desire. I am sure that the luggage lies in Casablanca. Royal Air Marroc does not manage to look there. I will never fly with this airline again and advise everyone not to fly with it whose luggage is worth something. I have never seen such a disorganized airline before. In my flight 7 persons did not get their luggage. And that happens supposedly every Day. I even heart that they destroyed a whole Luggage because of its smell. The luggage was filled with kitesurfing equipment.”
