“We arrived to El-Gdida at 22:00 at after a 6 hours drive from Marrakech, we didn't plan to get there so late but we made a few mistakes and the way was much longer than planned. After we parked we started looking for the Riad, and asked a few people where it is located. A few minutes later a women approached us and asked if I'm Naomi(the reservation was on my name) I said yes and asked if she is from the Riad and I was very excited she found us. Well instead of welcoming us and trying to understand the situation she started saying it is too late and we cannot stay at her Riad. (Leaving us with no place to sleep in the middle of the night) My friend and my husband went after her to the Riad to try and resolve the situation, but again no understanding and no reasoning... At one point she pushed my friend and cussed at her. We where humiliated left on a street in a country we don't know it was very cold and had to pay again for a room to sleep in. Of course the rooms were pre-order and pre- paid. She refused the give us our money back. It was an awful experience. We were treated with so much kindness for all of our trip in Marocco and this just was very shocking for us.”

“We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute there. It's in superb condition inside with nice decorations. Very charming place. And very well furnished and equipped. It's in the old Portuguese city, but not precisely at this location though.”

“Stayed here for 3 nights (2 adults and a baby). It was like a palace for us. Beautiful house in the middle of the old town (el jadida is worth the visit: relaxed town and beautiful beaches nearby). Comfortably equipped. And many thanks to Amina for making breakfast every morning, showing us the souk, teaching us the tajine cooking and the tasteful dinners. We had a wonderful stay!”
