“was wonderful! A beautiful buffet with lots of options and delicious food. Cold drinks were included in the buffet ticket which cost about 120 Dirham. Amazing price for authentic Moroccan food in a scenic mountain location! Samir and all the staff were incredibly kind.”
“Unfortunately you are forced to stop here on tours and the local operators obtain cash incentives for bringing tourists. The food isn’t the worst, but the price is in line with an airport.”
“Good experience at Kasbah Dounia, The manager was Friendly. Dinner and breakfast were served and staff were very nice. we Had a meatball Tajine that was delicious. the Kasbah has a nice interior too.”
“This place feels like a tourist trap. We were brought here by a bus along with a large group of other tourists. The buffet costs 120 Dirhams, but we decided not to eat here, so we can't speak to the quality of the food. It might be good, but the overall experience seemed catered more to tourists than offering an authentic dining experience.”
“This is the best experience we ever had with my family. Service were excellent, Mohamed and Yahya made our stay very enjoyable, their attention to details and our need make us comfortable and for sure coming back again. I highly recommend this place and visit this beautiful small town, it has a lot to offer and enjoy the Beauty of Morocco.”
“We were brought here as part of a tour from Fes to Merzouga for a lunch buffet. Super average buffet. It was expensive (for Morocco) and the quality of the food was pretty average at best. They had a chicken Moroccan dish which was ok, and some salads and breads that were fresh, but everything else was almost inedible. One of the couples on our tour didn't eat, and if it wasn't for the fact that we didn't have much of a breakfast we might have joined them. If you are going to eat here, stick to the chicken and salad and avoid everything else. The staff were nice and helpful if you needed anything, which was good to see.”
