“My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were dirty and not cleaned unless you specifically asked for it. Breakfast was extremely poor — cheap-tasting pastries and juice that was mostly water and sugar. The staff were unprofessional, and their appearance and behavior were not appropriate for a hospitality setting. Honestly, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had”

“I stayed here for one night with a large group and it was quite lovely! It is relatively new but the rooms were spacious and very clean. There were some issues with heating in a number of the rooms however I believe this is due to the newness of the hotel. Although it was too cold to swim, the pool looked inviting. Breakfast was very good.”

“Rundown over priced place. 5dhs breakfast carbs only, bread and stale croissants, no vegtables or eggs or any type of protein, nice big espresso mache they wouldn't use not even if you offered to pay for a good coffee. Bad service, they had 5 guests and refused to extend the checkout time for an extra 30 minutes. No wifi code any where.....”

“Dirty place. Unclean bathroom, dirty walls, dirty floor. The pool is black with all the dirt. The service is so slow that we have to be prepared to wait half an hour for everything. Made us pay things that we’re included in the menu that was altered at paid. The lady in the front desk is very nice but all the other service is awful. I go to Marroc at least twice a year and it was the worst place we’re I have been.. Gave us a small piece of bread for breakfast we asked for more and they didn’t gave it.”

“The staff could not be more hospitable and helpful. Thank you! It is a beautiful hotel even if the rooms need a bit of renovation. One night we came late and did not eat and the kitchen was so accommodating. We also had an early flight and the staff went out of their way to get us breakfast. We will come back”

“We arrived here from Merzouga en route to Fes. The rooms were perfect, clean and quiet. The food was really good - I mean reaaaly good. I'm seeing a pattern in Morocco - female chefs .. I think that's the secret ;) Although we didn't use the pool, it was well maintained/clean. My 3 young daughters loved exploring the blocks and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The staff were really great and made us feel very welcome.”
