“Dar Ayman is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable, with a great bed and pillows that make sleeping a real pleasure. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, fresh and generous, and the fireplace is amazing, creating a warm and charming atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The staff are outstanding — welcoming, kind, and always happy to help. A truly lovely stay.”
“Our stay was excellent. My two children, ages eight and twelve, and I stayed at Dar Ayman for 10 days. The place is very quiet and safe—exactly what I was looking for. The hosts took great care of us and were incredibly helpful, offering advice on where to eat, the best hammam in town, and more. They truly did everything to make us feel at home. Delicious food is available at the on-site restaurant, and although there’s no air conditioning, it’s not needed—the temperature is always pleasant, and the wind keeps things cool. I tend to be very critical of hotels and restaurants, as we’re used to staying in high-end places, but this hotel is excellent value for money. They keep things simple, but they do it very well. Above all, they are genuinely attentive to their guests’ needs. We’ve had such a great time that we’ve already decided—we’re coming back!”
“This place is amazing! It’s our 2nd time here and we love it. It’s very quiet and peaceful, ideally located between Sidi Kaouki and Essaouira The staff is very nice and the breakfast is amazing”
“The hotel was beautiful, clean, and located in a quiet area, and they offer free parking. However, there are several areas that need improvement. First of all, we couldn’t sleep because it was hot, and there was no air conditioning. Opening the window only invited mosquitoes, and we were bitten multiple times, which kept us awake until 3 in the morning. Secondly, the room did not have a fridge, which was inconvenient.”
“This is not a hotel, and if you are a solo female traveler or a group of girlfriends, it's not the best choice. You’ll end up staying in an empty villa with only a security guard present at night. There is no one available to assist or serve you. We arrived as a family at 6 PM, and there was no receptionist on-site. Instead, a kind and welcoming lady, who seemed to handle breakfast service, greeted us. She informed us that no one stays at the villa at night except the security guard. Since she wasn’t the receptionist, she asked us to contact the receptionist by phone. We requested an upgrade, as the villa was completely empty, but the receptionist was rude and blamed us, saying we had chosen the cheapest rooms (despite having a Genius account on Booking.com). To make matters worse, she canceled our reservation on Booking.com, likely to prevent us from leaving a review. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. When we asked to speak with the owner, we were told he wasn’t available. Clearly, there is no proper hotel management in place. Additionally, the road leading to the villa is not suitable for small cars, making access difficult. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this place for anyone expecting professional service or a secure environment. -----> Just to clarify, the person she is referring to is our son, who is 4 years old!!!”
“Perfect place to stay! Very nice family owned hotel! Very charming staff, confortable beds, warm water, tidy...Just perfect getaway! If booking indicates that there a full, give them a call. Sometimes booking.com is not giving the good information.”
