“If you're looking for good Moroccan food, this is the place to go. They serve a hearty Harira soup, delicious Moroccan crêpes with your choice of honey, chocolate (Nutella), butter, or other toppings, and a very tasty mint tea. There's no menu, no hassle, just order the full package and enjoy the Moroccan cuisine experience for only 25 MAD. It's truly a must not miss if you ever find yourself in or near Essaouira. The medina and the "hidden" beach behind it are also very beautiful and well worth a visit. Highly recommended.”
“Tasty local breakfast. They don’t have soup today which is a bit disappointed, however, the fresh-made pancake is so nice as well as the coffee.”
“Perfectly local hole in the wall place. I loved everything about it . I loved the friendliness of the people , the tasty fresh food , the locals ambience . You don’t expect a lot when it comes to cleanliness but rest assured , it was clean and hygienic. Come here for a true local experienced”
“This great hole in the wall restaurant with friendly staff serves no frills harira soup with pancakes (cheese, honey, chocolate) and mint tea, the place is very busy with locals which attests to the tasty food! Come with an empty belly and fill up on cheap hearty food (<240 dirham per person).”
“Excellent msemmen, the honey one is the best! Also a great place to just sit and watch the world go by. The owners are lovely and make every effort to make sure you're comfortable. Have been daily during our stay in Essaouira!”
“For snacks, and breakfasts, Chez Miloud, for your budget, is really a great place to eat and drink. I recommend his Moroccan pancakes, with honey and olive oil. I also recommend his soup called Harira. I recommend this restaurant, to whitch, I'll come back, again.”
