“I was so excited to try Mimti after reading all of the reviews and it did not disappoint! Firstly everyone who works there is kind and hot, a bonus, secondly and perhaps most importantly the food is so fresh! I had a potato dish with ingredients from their organic farm. The carrot dip was the star and I loved the lightness of the kefir. The sourdough bread was one of the best I ever had, I wish I had two stomachs so I could eat more.”

“Run don’t walk to MIMTI. The hype is real. Not only was the food hands down the best food in all of Essaouira, but they’re really good with accommodating to any and all dietary restrictions (make sure to ask the owner, who is always there, because it won’t be explicitly stated on the menu). Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, definitely Moroccan (in my opinion), and uniquely changed or elevated in a tasteful way (also my opinion). Female-operated service, and outdoor seating + ambiance, and affordable prices made it extra great!”
