“Thank you for your response and for taking the time to clarify the situation. After our discussion and with some hindsight, I would like to acknowledge that I did overlook the initial timeline that had been agreed upon for the vehicle to be fully ready. I was under significant time pressure and, as a result, I requested to collect the car earlier than planned, which did not leave you sufficient time to complete the final inspection and cleaning under normal conditions. That part is on me — mea culpa. I also want to note that when I brought the car back, you kindly and calmly walked me through how things had unfolded. Throughout our exchange, you remained professional, patient, and respectful, even though the situation was stressful and time-sensitive. That attitude did not go unnoticed and reflects positively on your professionalism and approach to customer service. I appreciate the follow-up and the way the situation was handled afterward. Thank you for taking customer experience seriously and for addressing the issues once they were brought back to your attention. This above cancels and replaces my review below. Thank you _________________________ I selected Go Auto after researching body repair shops online. They ranked high on Google, had overwhelmingly positive reviews, and provided a higher-than-average quote. Since the repair was covered by insurance, the price was not an issue and actually suggested professionalism and quality. The vehicles I saw on site also made me feel comfortable leaving my car there. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. The first issue was an avoidable delay: the wrong fender was ordered (right instead of left), which postponed the repair by several days. While mistakes can happen, this affected the overall timeline from the start. When insurance later confirmed reimbursement could take up to a month, I asked whether they could hold my check and cash it once the insurance paid. They declined. I accepted this and moved forward, expecting the quality of work and service to compensate. Communication was consistently poor. The manager was difficult to reach despite multiple calls, text messages, and voicemails, including on the day I was scheduled to pick up the car. When I arrived, the car was not washed, despite my repeated messages informing them of my arrival time. What stood out most was that when I arrived to pick up the car, the manager was actively on his phone, texting, yet my messages sent earlier that same morning had gone unanswered. Given that he clearly had his phone in hand, the lack of response felt less like a missed message and more like being ignored. After the car was finally washed, several issues were immediately visible: Scratches on a brand-new fender Clear impact marks on the bumper (including above the license plate and on the lower section) A plastic trim/frame that was not properly secured A headlight bulb that was poorly installed and unstable, visibly moving when driving over small bumps Because of these issues, I had to bring the car back for corrections, which caused additional inconvenience and forced me to reschedule an international flight. I am sharing this experience to accurately reflect what I encountered and so others can make an informed decision. Based on my experience alone, I do not recommend Go Auto Body Repair.”
“Excellent garage. Our campervan had a problem and they dealt with it promptly and efficiently. Trustworthy and fairly priced with transparency. Highly recommend!”
“I came to "go auto" with a problem with the alternator of my Campervan. It took some time to find the error, but they did a very complete diagnosis (also via OBD). They didn't stop until they were sure it was really fixed (electric errors can be hard to find some times). The price was reasonable. Although communication was a bit difficult (I don't speak Arabic, nor French) it was manageable and they do have 1 guy who speaks English and one of the mechanics also speaks a bit German (my mother tongue). Good job all together. I'm happy with it. Recommended! 5 Stars.”
“When you are travelling and your vehicle needs a pretty big repair, it is really stressful. Good Google reviews led us to Go Auto. Our experience with them was fantastic. They made time for us so we could get back on the road as soon as possible. They are honest and ethical and made sure we knew exactly what the problems were before they got to work. We managed to communicate well enough and the crew is extremely friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about Go Auto. Thank you!”
“Very good and organized service. Good price.”
“We are Canadians in a fairly large Hymer motorhome. As we approached Fes from Merzouga we noticed a grinding noise from our front brakes . We searched for a place to take it and decided on GO Auto after reading positive reviews including one from a motorhome owner . We just pulled in without an appointment - GO Auto saw our predicament and, despite being a very busy shop, made space and time for us, fixing our brakes immediately . As the work progressed, they diligently showed us what needed to be done and got us to okay it. (2 pads and one disc). Afterwards I noticed that the shop foreman even checked all the fluids in engine. The bill was surprisingly reasonable . The people at GO Auto are competent , friendly and honest. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give on Google reviews . Frank from Toronto”
