“I do confirm all negative reviews written about this agency i went to do wire transfer one of the employees said that they don’t have connections to do so i tried to ask when i can come and try it again she said that this service is not available since a long time Unfortunately her responses frustrated me and show their careless and irresponsibility people they don’t want to work that is it they don’t care about customers and this is their duty I blame also their manager because the employees give an image of how they are respectful to their manager In other words worst service means no management”
