“Genuinely one of the worst café experiences I've had, especially as someone who came specifically to work. Here's a breakdown of everything that went wrong: 1. Rude staff. The server was unwelcoming and dismissive from the moment I arrived. Basic courtesy seemed too much to ask. 2. No working WiFi. The internet was completely down. For a café that presumably caters to people who want to work or study, this is a fundamental failure. 3. No charger available and told off for looking. I needed to charge my laptop and was not only told there was no charger, but was spoken to in a disrespectful, condescending way when I asked. Completely unacceptable. 4. Lost time and opportunity cost. I came here to work on my PC and get things done. Between the dead WiFi and the hostility, I lost valuable time and missed a real opportunity I had planned to act on that day. 5. Completely killed my productivity. The entire day was derailed. Not an exaggeration I got nothing done. 6. Broken payment terminal. To top it all off, the TPE (card machine) wasn't working at checkout, forcing me to wait even longer before I could leave. The perfect ending to a perfect disaster. Bottom line: If you value your time, your work, or simply being treated with basic respect avoid this place. There is absolutely nothing here that justifies a visit. Zero stars if I could.”
