“Quiet a way from the soukes by taxi peti are. Cheap but pay no more than 30 diram. Hotel is great no problems so far.”
“Not that splendid! Not as advertised: no bar, the pool is outside, not heated. Breakfast is basic and poor value (save your money and go to a café). Very clean, and some staff were friendly. Reception staff were uniformly unhelpful - we arrived in the evening and they weren't helpful when we asked for suggestions where to eat. Waiting for our taxi to depart they wouldn't make us a coffee as they said they were too busy. But the hotel was more or less empty the whole time we were there. For a summer stay the pool would be good, and I imagine the location would be better than the crush of the medina. Didn't check the air con. No heat in winter but extra blankets. Ok to walk to the sights in the cool of December (19C) but you'd fry in the summer as it is over half an hour brisk walk. Petit taxis are fast and plentiful but be wary as some will try it on, while others are lovely. Would we stay there again? It's a no from us.”
“Avoid! This hotel is very run down, and dirty. All the fittings in the bathroom leaked when, the shower didn’t drain properly and there was a stench of mould throughout the room. The air conditioner was very noisy and barely worked, and the wifi was useless. The staff had terrible attitudes and were more interested in standing around smoking and talking than doing their jobs.”
“Very nice hotel with excellent location. Sea views are amazing, bus stop to old town just at the door, plenty of restaurants and bars at walking distance. The hotel has two small nice beaches (truly chilly water for the Mediterranean in September, like in the whole Dubrovnik area). Staff very kind and helpful. Nice and clean rooms. It's really worth to pay an extra for a room with sea view. A perfect place to stay in crazyly overpriced Dubrovnik”
“We arrived at the hotel to find our air conditioning not working, when we got it working, it was so loud and extremely old and rusty. They let us switch rooms but further from family. The shower floor is cracked and you can’t have a shower without getting the WHOLE bathroom filled with water and everything dirty. The pool has mould at the bottom which is disgusting. The breakfast is debatable - only 1 raw egg and 3 pieces of bread left for us!! A solid 1 star”
“It’s ok with rooms, not so clean but not so bad either. The people in reception are not that kind. No hair dryer. Hot water is ok. It’s quite noisy at downstairs, till 1am we could hear people talking with load voice from 3rd floor. The breakfast was the worst one in Marocco so far. Unfortunately no discount if you don’t want to have it. The location is good and less chaotic. Parking on the street is 10 dirham per day. Swimming pool is probably a good option in the summer but who knows how clean it would be. I recommend to stay on the 3rd floor to avoid noice. There is bide in the bathroom.|”
