“If I could give this restaurant a 10, I would. Thanks ChatGPT for this recommendation. We went in after our Guide took us to a different restaurant but my ChatGPT suggested very limited options based on my taste preferences and my fish allergy there so instead it suggested La Cave and another option that were close to where we were at the time. We chose La Cave, we went in without a reservation and they couldn’t have been more hospitable. There is pride in this gem of a restaurant from start to finish, everything was superb. We had the Pollo Chich Tawok and Tajín de pollo followed by the Flan de caramelo. Of course the mint tea was a must as well. Delightful way to end our stay in Fes. Truly a treat and my favorite meal so far. No food pictures as they smelled so good, I was lost in the moment but the smiling faces of the restaurant were a must capture.”
I stayed at Fes for three days and had two meals there. The food was delicious and chef cooks with heart. There was also a very special gift. If you visit Fes should definitely go to try.

“We had such a great experience at La Cave in Fes. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and Chef Youssef was especially friendly, he made us feel comfortable right away and even shared stories about his past experiences, which added a personal touch. The food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I ordered the kefta and the fettuccine, and both were excellent. As well as beetroot drinks & herbal teas were delicious ! We would definitely come back next time we’re in Fes!”
“Excellent food. Very friendly people. The morrocan hot salads were yummy as was the shish taouk and the chicken tagine. As everywhere in Morroco, the portions were generous.”
“All the staff were really nice. The food was decent — the portions were small, but it was tasty.”
“Wonderful experience, we ordered 2 soups and two tagine. All the dishes was delicious and the staff was very polite and welcoming. They even gave us a morrocan bracelet as a present.”
