“The stay was not up to expectations the bathrooms were small the heat did not work and the staff were rude did not offer help or direction to park and did not assist with luggage the establishment needs a full on renovation to modernize the situation they are using floor showers no separation to the toilet. The staff do not answer the phone.”

“The hotel's location is within walking distance to the market and coffee shops but still in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood. The staff is professional and attentive; my husband and I have stayed here twice. over the last few years and enjoyed the pleasant staff each time. If you can get a room with a balcony, do so; it's a wonderful place to sit late at night or early in the morning!”

“A place geared towards the winter/ski crowd. When we were there, staff seemed to be annoyed they had to be there so it was torture trying to get them to do anything. In fact, friends of the staff were having their own private party that smoked out the bar. Very unpleasant. The place is in bad need of renovations. Wi fi not good.”
